Shipping:


Question: How long does it take from the time I order, until the order ships?
Answer: It will take 1-2 business days to process your order from the time it was placed,
but we will definitely try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we are out of
stock on an item, we will send you an email to inform you of options that are available.

Question: Which carriers do you use to ship and what will be the shipping cost?
Answer: We are currently using the United States Postal Service to ship orders to our customers;
as it is the most reliable and convenient way to get our products to you. Tainted Kiss offers
free shipping on all orders over $30. This option is available during the checkout process. If
you need the item to arrive by a specific date, please contact us to make arrangements.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Question: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Answer: Yes, we are currently shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We are also offering free
shipping on all orders over $30 to these 2 states. Shipping time will be 4-9 business days
for Alaska and Hawaii orders.

Question: Are you shipping to Canada?
Answer: No, we are not shipping to Canada or any international countries at this time.
Please check back in the future for changes in shipping areas.

Question: What is the estimated time for free priority shipments?
Answer: Shipments should arrive 2-3 days from the day they were shipped out. Allow 2
extra days for orders going to Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that we cannot guarantee
the arrival date due to issues that may occur with the shipping company.

Question: What is Signature Confirmation?
Answer: Tainted Kiss can only guarantee that orders will be delivered to the address provided.
The post office will sometimes deliver the package by leaving it outside of the delivery address.
If you would like the added security of Signature Confirmation, please answer yes when prompted
during checkout. Tainted Kiss offers Signature Confirmation for no additional charge. Signature
Confirmation requires someone to sign for the package upon delivery so someone must be present
when the package is delivered. Signature Confirmation is highly recommended if you live in a condo
or apartment or if you are having your order shipped to your work. Tainted Kiss is not responsible for
stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the post office.


*Disclosure: Orders that are returned to us by the shipping company due to a wrong address
or other reasons will be credited back to the card used, less the shipping cost. If we need to
ship the order to you again, shipping charges will apply. Sorry, this is a shipping company charge,
therefore we will have to apply this cost. So please make sure you enter the correct shipping
address, if there is a suite or apartment number, please be sure to enter that information.

Orders and Payment:

Question: If I have a question about my order or ordering, can I speak with someone?
Answer: Yes, please feel free to call us at (714) 966-2898 and we will be glad to help with any
issues.

Question: What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards (Visa,Mastercard,American Express,Discover) for our
online orders. We are not accepting international credit cards at this time.

Question: Are my credit card transactions secure?
Answer: Yes, your credit card transactions are secure. We use Yahoo's 128-bit SSL technology
to secure the information you supply by encrypting the data transmitted. We do not share any
information supplied with anyone else.

Question: Who must pay sales tax?
Answer: A 8.75% sales tax will be applied to any order that ships to the state of California.


Returns and Refunds:

Question: Can I return or exchange products that I ordered?
Answer:

Regular Priced Items
Refunds and exchanges are accepted on regular priced items that have not been worn, altered
or washed, with all tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 20 days from the time the
order was received for refunds. Regular priced items postmarked after 20 days are eligible for store
credit only up to 40 days after receipt. Regular priced items postmarked after the 40 days will
be forwarded back to sender.
Refunds and exchanges on regular priced items are made in full minus a 3% restocking fee.

Please note that exchanges made for size adjustments of the same item ordered will not be
subject to the 3% restocking fee (when desired size is available). All other returns and exchanges
will be charged the 3% restocking fee.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to
be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our
discretion.

Sale Items
Returns are accepted on sale items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags
attached. Sale items must be postmarked within 7 days from the time received for refunds.
Sale items postmarked after the 7 days will be eligible for store credit only. All sale items postmarked
after 20 days will be returned to sender.
Refunds and exchanges on clearance items are made in full minus a 3% restocking fee.

Please note that exchanges made for size adjustments of the same item ordered will not be
subject to the 3% restocking fee (when desired size is available). All other returns and exchanges
will be charged the 3% restocking fee.

Items that are Final Sale
All lingerie, swimwear, costumes, jewelery, purses, wallets, and all other accessories are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit.

How to Send Back Your Return or Exchange
Return Forms will be included with every order. All returns and exchanges must be
accompanied with a Return Form that has been completely filled out. All tags must still
be attached to merchandise. Tainted Kiss does not cover the cost of the return shipping.
Items should be well packaged and we recommend using a traceable method such as
UPS,FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation for your return shipment. We are not
responsible for any lost shipment. Please allow 3 days for us to process your return.
